Time spent: 10 min for writing in Japanese, < 20 min for the translation, < 20 min for memorizing the proofread text
Lately, I've been into morning runs. Running in the morning makes me feel like the whole day is going to be great.
Nonetheless, building a habit of morning runs is no piece of cake for me, as I've always had an irregular circadian rhythm. Waking up early is relatively easy, but going to bed early is the hard part. If you keep waking up early while staying up late, you'll burn out quickly.
I'm going to move in two weeks, and my running route will change from Shinobazu Pond in Ueno to a route along the Nakagawa River. I'd love to maintain this habit after the move and perhaps find a running buddy to join me in the mornings there.
